Sports We Offer

Summer sports camp at Hoover Met Complex offers four team sports for kids ages 5 to 13. An all-sports camp lasts five days, and kids participate in basketball, soccer, flag football, and volleyball.  Your child can also choose to specialize in a sport at a full-day or half-day camp.

Our coaches will focus on skill instruction, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Most importantly, we’ll make sure your kids have fun! In between drills and skills, kids enjoy recreational games such as capture the flag, dodge ball, and kickball. The idea is to have fun while getting physical activity!
