 Founder and Director: Gary De Clute
Gary DeClute is in his 28th season with Victory Sports Camps and Kopion FC. He serves as the Executive Director of Victory and Kopion programs. A former elementary school teacher, Gary loves coaching kids and training coaches and leaders.
Associate Director, Kopion FC: Dave Busboom 
David Busboom is the Associate Director of Kopion. Into his second season with Kopion, David brings his gift of organization and administration to our company. He also coaches a Kopion Traveling team.

 Associate Director, Victory Sports: Ben Waterman
Ben Waterman is a 2011 graduate of Taylor University. He has served Victory Camps while in college as a summer intern and part-time staff. Presently, Ben is a full-time intern with Victory Sports Camps, leading our preschool and home school programs. Ben and his wife, Mary, reside in Glendale Heights.

Associate Director, Victory Sports: Steve Noble 
Steve Noble serves as Associate Director of Victory Sports. A part-time staff member, Steve is a gifted young man who loves children and wants them to learn in an atmosphere of encouragement and fun. He serves in almost all our programs.
 Associate Director, Kopion FC/Victory Sports: Evan Kirkenmeier
A graduate of Benet Academy and the University of Missouri, Evan Kirkenmeier brings experience both in the business world and in serving youth through education and sports. His relational personality brings fun and energy to our office and programs.

Office Manager: Jessica Handy 
Jessie Handy is the Office Manager of Victory Sports Camps and Kopion FC. A former high school teacher, Jessie brings her love for children and families, management skills and her organizational gifts to SMI.
